Can I eat the cookie dough raw?

Absolutely! In fact, it’s what makes Lissy’s unique. Our cookie dough doesn’t include raw eggs, which means it’s not “technically” raw. This means you can dig in on demand because it’s safe to eat.

Is it dangerous to eat raw flour?

As a general rule of thumb, it can be dangerous to eat raw flour because it can be contaminated with dangerous bacteria, such as E. coli. However, we use heat-treated flour to ensure there’s no risk of bacteria.

Can I order Lissy’s Cookie Dough online?

First and foremost, we’re thrilled that you love our cookie dough. And we are currently in the process of ironing out the kinks with the online ordering process. Make sure to check back often for updates!

Do you offer cookie dough for allergies and special diets?

Although we take precautions against cross contamination, all of our products are made in the same kitchen, which does contain nuts and other allergens. Therefore, we cannot guarantee cross contamination has not occurred. 

We are in the process of developing both vegan and gluten free options. We want everyone to enjoy our doughliciousness! 

How can I store it?

Lissy’s doughlicious cookie dough does contain dairy, so it must be stored in either the freezer or refrigerator. It’s okay for you to store the cookie dough in the refrigerator for several weeks and up to 3 months in the freezer.

Can Lissy’s cookie dough be baked?

You betcha! Bake our cookie dough at 350˚ for 10 minutes for delicious, melt in your mouth cookies! 

Can I mix cookie dough and ice cream?

Only if you want to send your taste buds to heaven! In fact, we think it’s better that way — a lot better. Create your own combo with ½ of your favorite ice cream accented by ½ cookie dough.
